Belle of the Month on Facebook!!!

Is everyone ready for a contest??? Welcome "Belle of the Month" contest

This contest will happen once a month starting on the 5th of every month. The prize will be a $15 credit towards your next purchase and your little cutie's picture will be used as Anabelle's Bows & More's Facebook profile pic for the following month.

How to enter and more info:
1. You must Email a picture of your little "Belle" to anabellesbows@yahoo.com. After it is received I will upload the picture in the "Belle of the Month" album. Then your friends and family will be able to like the picture to count as a vote.

2. Your model has to be wearing one of Anabelle's Bows & More's products.
3. Once your photo is uploaded start sharing the page with friends and family to "like" your picture. (they must "like" this page before they can "LIKE" the photo)
4. Only Likes will be counted as votes.
5. Contest ends on the 1st of each month and winner will be announced that day!!

October....

Hey fans and followers!! I wanted to give you an update on Anabelle's Bows & More.  October has continued to be a busy month for me. Most of you may know that I have a vendor spot at Wee World Resale here in San Antonio, TX. Since all has been going well there we are working on moving to a larger space in their store.  Also it is  homecoming season and I have a friend that always needs a homecoming mum for her school. This week I have been busy with that and homecoming rings. They really turned out great!! We have reached over 130 fans on Facebook and we are always hoping to add more. So if everyone can share either this blog or Anabelle's Bows & more FB Fanpage I would appreciate it. Once we hit 150 fans I will have a mini Giveaway. Now for a look at some new flowers for this season.

End of summer and back to school!!

Well technically it's not baack to school for my son. He starts Pre-K this year. He's been waiting for a year to go to school and it's finally happening. In honor of starting Pre-K we are throwing him a "Going to School" Party. He's pretty excited about it and so am I.

Anyhow There have been a lot of things going on since I posted in APRIL!!! I'm horrible at keeping up with this thing as you may see. Let me list a few:

- I have tons of new color combos and designs
- I've been somewhat practicing with my camerea on product photos.
- I am doing my first extra large order. It's for a sweet 16!!! which I'm super excited about.
- Anabelle's Bows & More will be sold at Wee World by September.
- The hubs bought me a new sewing machine, so I've been busy with that.

The list will go on and on... I would like to promise that I will update this thing as much as I can, but I don't want to have to take back another promise. I think I want to have a giveaway once everything calms down here at home. Until then I would like you to enjoy these pictures and new products!!

The "Celeste" flower...

I've been wanting to make make a full flower with lots of petals. Well I finally have, and I love them!!! They are the perfect photo prop and everyday flower. Now I have been trying to get some pictures on my daughter's head but she has been camera shy!! I will be making an extra large version of this flower on a clip for an adult. A few flowers for this month...

I have been away from my blog too long once again. I've been super busy lately with my new camera and designing new flowers. I do want to encourage everyone to visit my Etsy store and check out the few items I have available. I will definitely have the photos of my new headbands up tomorrow. For now I will leave you with some pictures of some of the things I made this past month.

I have officially opened up my Etsy Shop. Please check out the few products that I have posted. I will be slowly adding new products to my shop a day. This month will be a very busy month for me. I have many goals this month and here are a few:

• Get the kids on an early sleeping schedule
• Focus on my Etsy shop and Blog
• Keep up with household chores; such as laundry, sweeping and mopping
• Eat healthier.

Those are just a few things that I want to try and achieve this month. I will also be trying to create as many new color combos of flowers and headbands. I have also taken on the responsibility of caring for my nephew during the weekdays. This is something that I look forward to doing. He is 6weeks younger than my daughter, Anabelle, and they get along so well. My son is very excited about it and can't wait to start playing with Baby David. This will hopefully help us to set an everyday schedule and have our lives a little more organized.

I think I've done enough planning a scheduling for today, so I will end this post with a picture of one of my favorite new headbands.

Update!!!

 It has been about a month since I have blogged anything at all, so maybe I should give you a reason why I have been MIA.
      This month has been a fairly busy month for me. I officially decided that I was going to open up an Etsy Shop,  I've been spending many nights making new products, policies, and all that jazz that I have been slacking on the house work. My mind has also been on the fact that my sister in law has been in and out of the hospital for two weeks. She will finally be coming tomorrow, but will more that likely need help with a few daily chores for a little while. This month I have also decided that I will start blogging more about my weekly activities and new products. Getting on a schedule will be tough with two small children, but I am excited to finally get everything together and making it happen. 

     I will end this post with a picture from our activities today. We went to the park since it was such a beautiful day!!

These are new holiday accessories. The heart is attached to a mini snap clip. It is about 2inches wide and a little over and inch wide. The bead accents adds a touch of charm. The flower headband is my "Sweetheart Band"  I am currently having a special for this band until Feb. 10, 2010. This is a small flower it is 2inches wide on a red band.
